10. Complaints Policy

The Bank aims to please its customers at all times. It has a complaints handling procedure in place to ensure that you receive a quick and fair response to any complaints you may have about its Internet banking service.

At first instance you should direct your complaint to the manager of the branch where you hold your bank account. If you do not consider that you have received a timely and fair response to your complaint from your branch, you should contact the Internet Service Banking Customer Service Centre at Habib House, 42 Moorgate, London EC2R 6JJ. It is the Bank's policy to acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and to reply to you within 5 working days. In circumstances where this is not possible, the Bank will keep you informed of progress regularly.

The Bank expects the majority of complaints will be quickly resolved to your satisfaction at this level. If however you are still dissatisfied you can write to the Financial Ombudsman Service at the address below:

12. Waiver

If you breach these Website Terms and Conditions of Use and the Bank takes no action, the Bank will still be entitled to use its rights and remedies in other situations where you are in breach.

You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes the Bank makes, as they are binding on you.
