5 - I cannot remember my password – what do I do?For HBZ Web Banking: click on the ‘Forgot/Reset Password’ link on the ‘LOGIN’ page at https://digital.habibbank.com/uk/. For HBZ Mobile App: click on the Menu on top left of your screen. Then select the ‘Forgot Password’ button and follow the proceeding steps. 6 - What do I need to reset my password?You will require the following so please have these ready at hand. Your contact details will be those currently held on our record:
7 - What if I forget the answers to my security questions?If you are unable to remember the answers to the security questions you have set up, you can have them removed and start afresh by contacting your Branch or Relationship Manager or the Customer Services team by calling on 08081642242 or emailing customerservice.uk@habibbank.com. 8 - How do I set up my new login? (if not already registered)For HBZ Web Banking: click on the ‘REGISTER’ button on the home page of the HBZ website at: https://habibbank.com/uk/home/ukHome.html. For HBZ Mobile App: select ‘Register to Online Banking’ on the home screen and follow the next steps. How will an OTP be sent to me?
