Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate banking clients in order to develop and broaden relationships with a focus on SME to large corporate clients
- Take a proactive role in exploring new business opportunities, marketing and selling of corporate banking services
- Prepare and complete the full credit application process; conduct regular credit review and take proactive measures to ensure credit quality according to internal policies and procedures
- Handle the customer onboarding process according to the latest compliance and regulatory requirements
- Monitor the quality of the loan book of his/her portfolio and ensure all relevant control measures are undertaken to minimise the risk exposure and to support total quality management
- Handle liability marketing in Deposit mobilisation
- Provide support to team members in the Branch
Knowledge & Skills
- University degree or above in business-related disciplines
- Professional qualification of Certified Banker / AAMLP / ACRP is preferred
- 4 – 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the Trade Finance business
- Strong sales and customer orientation, with excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good analytical and report writing skills
- Able to work under tight schedules
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented and proactive to learn
- Comprehensive training will be provided
- Those candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Relationship Manager
