Mr. Nauman Amjad Ubaid has joined Habib Bank Zurich (Hong Kong) Limited, as the Bank’s new Head of Internal Audit.

Nauman brings over 15 years of experience in both regional and global roles, focusing on corporate and commercial portfolios, mainly in Asia. His areas of expertise cover internal audit, credit risk, risk review and assurance, risk management, credit approval and consultancy.

He previously worked at DBS Bank in Singapore, where he was Head of Credit Quality Assurance.

Mr. Hugo Sterkenburgh has joined Habib Bank Zurich (Hong Kong) Limited, as the Bank’s new Head of Corporate Banking. Hugo brings over 17 years of banking experience, including expertise in commercial expansion, organisational changes, and an in-depth knowledge of procedures, governance, and regulatory requirements. He previously worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V, where he was Deputy Chief Executive Hong Kong and Co-Head of Client Management, Greater China.
