- Existing customers: Upon first login from HBZ Web Banking on or after the 23rd October 2024, you will be prompted to set up your security questions and answers. The set up of security questions and answers is available on HBZ Web Banking only
- New customers: On registering your new login, you will be prompted to set up security questions and answers. This feature will be available on both HBZ Web Banking and the HBZ Mobile App based on the dates given above
- For HBZ Web Banking: click on the ‘Forgot/Reset Password’link on the ‘LOGIN’ page at https://digital.habibbank.com/uk/
- For the HBZ Mobile App: click on the Menu button on the top left of your screen. Then select the ‘Forgot Password’ button and follow the proceeding steps
You will require the following so please have these ready at hand. Your contact details will be those currently held on our record:
- Your account number
- Your registered email address
If you are unable to remember the answers to the security questions you have set up, you can have them removed and start afresh by contacting your Branch or Relationship Manager or the Customer Services team by calling on 08081642242 or emailing customerservice.uk@habibbank.com.
For HBZ Web Banking: Click on the ‘REGISTER’ button on the home page of the HBZ website at: https://habibbank.com/uk/home/ukHome.html
For HBZ Mobile App: Select ‘Register to Online Banking’ on the home screen and follow the next steps
How Will an OTP be Sent to Me?
- OTP for login registration will now be sent by SMS only to the registered mobile number
- OTP for reset password will also be sent by SMS only to the registered mobile number
- OTP for payment confirmation will still be sent by SMS and/or email to your registered mobile number and/or email address
It is therefore very important that you notify us of any changes to your registered contact details.
If you have changed your registered email address and/or registered mobile phone number, please contact your Relationship Manager/Branch or the Customer Services team by calling on 08081642242 or emailing customerservice.uk@habibbank.com.
