Both product types cover the following:

• Equity Release against existing Income-Generating Properties (IGPs)
• Refinancing of existing debt from UK-based lenders and bridgers

Note: Please note that we do not process Regulated transactions under our conventional or Sirat products.

Borrower Type

We provide Buy-to-Let property loans for Individuals, Limited Companies, Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs), Share Purchase Transactions, Incorporations into Limited Liability Companies, and Expat Borrowers.

Note: For Expat Borrowers and Offshore Companies, we can lend to borrowers domiciled in our network countries.

We finance Residential, Mixed-use, Commercial Properties, HMOs, and Specialised Commercial Assets such as warehouses, hotels, etc. We also finance portfolios owned by Companies or Individuals.
