It is an undertaking issued by Habib Bank AG Zurich as a Reimbursing Bank at the request of LC Issuing bank. The reimbursing Bank gives its undertaking to honour the reimbursement Claim of the LC Negotiating Bank, provided the LC terms and conditions are fully complied with.
