PMO Project Coordinator

Position Summary

 

Habib Bank AG Zurich is seeking a detail oriented and proactive PMO Project Coordinator to support PMO governance, coordination, and reporting activities for the GEN II migration program. The role ensures alignment with PMO standards and Agile/Scrum practices, while supporting senior project managers and key stakeholders across the program.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Support PMO governance & GEN II migration program
  • Maintain project plans, timelines & documentation
  • Track sprints, backlog & release governance
  • Monitor milestones, risks, issues & dependencies
  • Prepare dashboards, KPIs & executive reports
  • Coordinate across teams & stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate reporting to leadership
  • Drive continuous PMO process improvements

Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Project Management, IT, or a related field from a reputable university, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0
  • 3–5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project support roles

Skills & Certifications

 

  • MBA or MS in Project Management / MBA (IT) preferred
  • Certifications: PMI CAPM, PMI ACP, Scrum Master (SCM) or equivalent
  • Hands-on with Jira, MS Project, Power BI & Advanced Excel (Agile)
  • Strong organisational, analytical & reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders & dependencies
  • Excellent written & spoken English communication
  • Banking / regulated environment experience is a plus
