- Request to block your card and report the unauthorised transaction to an Agent
Submit A Claim Form
- Complete the claim form and email it to csd@habibbank.com or submit it in person at any of our branches

Important: Submit the claim form only after the unauthorised transactions are debited from your account.
Resolution Timeline
- The resolution process may take up to 120 days from the case initiation date, you will be notified via email and SMS when the request has been processed
Note: Raising a dispute is subject to the Bank’s internal policy and scheme (VISA) regulations.
