Report Unauthorised Card Transactions

Contact The HBZ Contact Centre

 

  • Dial 800 42242(within UAE) or +9714 4195555 (outside UAE)
  • Request to block your card and report the unauthorised transaction to an Agent

Submit A Claim Form

 

  • Complete the claim form and email it to csd@habibbank.com or submit it in person at any of our branches
  • Click here to download the claim form

Important: Submit the claim form only after the unauthorised transactions are debited from your account.

Resolution Timeline

 

  • The resolution process may take up to 120 days from the case initiation date, you will be notified via email and SMS when the request has been processed

Note: Raising a dispute is subject to the Bank’s internal policy and scheme (VISA) regulations.
