Note: Late payment fees are in line with the maximum limits defined by Central Bank of the UAE and any change in fees will be notified with 60 calendar days’ notice. The Bank will not charge a fee for restructuring facilities.

 

Complaints & Feedback

 

  • Submit a complaint via the Bank’s website, any branch or by calling 800 HABIB (42242) within the UAE or +971 4 419 5555  from abroad
  • Track your complaint using the unique reference number generated upon registration
  • Receive a response within 10 business days
  • Contact at complaints@habibbank.com if you are dissatisfied with the Bank’s response
  • Escalate to Sanadak if your complaint remains unresolved, you are not satisfied with the outcome or you have not received a final response within 30 calendar days
