Position Summary
Habib Bank AG Zurich is seeking a detail oriented and proactive PMO Project Coordinator to support PMO governance, coordination, and reporting activities for the GEN II migration program. The role ensures alignment with PMO standards and Agile/Scrum practices, while supporting senior project managers and key stakeholders across the program.
Responsibilities
- Support PMO governance & GEN II migration program
- Maintain project plans, timelines & documentation
- Track sprints, backlog & release governance
- Monitor milestones, risks, issues & dependencies
- Prepare dashboards, KPIs & executive reports
- Coordinate across teams & stakeholders
- Ensure accurate reporting to leadership
- Drive continuous PMO process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Project Management, IT, or a related field from a reputable university, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0
- 3–5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project support roles
Skills & Certifications
- MBA or MS in Project Management / MBA (IT) preferred
- Certifications: PMI CAPM, PMI ACP, Scrum Master (SCM) or equivalent
- Hands-on with Jira, MS Project, Power BI & Advanced Excel (Agile)
- Strong organisational, analytical & reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders & dependencies
- Excellent written & spoken English communication
- Banking / regulated environment experience is a plus
